24/7 Support Package for existing Transform/FormScape users

This starts with a health check and audit to identify potential issues. To do this we spend as much time as is necessary on site to create a report and provide suggestions.

The aim of this is to QA (quality assure) your Transform/FormScape processes which qualifies them for our Support Program. This is done at a fixed price.

Any remedial work as an outcome of the health check and audit is offered at a concessionary rate.

Once this stage is completed a support agreement can be put into place offering:

• Guaranteed support via a 24/7 support line that reaches our consultants directly.
• Support via remote access and phone.
• An agreed Service Level Agreement - eg Support within 1 hour during business hours.
